01Acceptance of These Terms

By visiting sammohaksalon.in, submitting a booking request, sending an enquiry or availing any service at our salon, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or are accompanied by a parent or guardian) and that you agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy and our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

02Our Services

Sammohak Salon offers hair, skin, nail, grooming, bridal and spa services at Pratap Nagar, Jaipur, Rajasthan. All services are provided in person at the salon; nothing on this website is shipped or delivered.

Service descriptions, images and durations on the website are indicative. The exact treatment, product and time required are confirmed by your stylist after a consultation.

03Appointments & Booking Requests

• A booking made on this website is a request, not a confirmed appointment. Your slot is confirmed only when our team responds by WhatsApp or phone.
• Please arrive 10 minutes before your slot. Arriving late may mean a shortened service, or rescheduling if the delay affects the clients after you.
• Slots are held for a reasonable grace period only; after that we may release them to walk-in clients.
• For bridal, party makeup, keratin, smoothening, global colour and similar long services, an advance may be required to block the date and stylist.
• We may need to reschedule in case of illness, a stylist's unavailability, a power failure or any circumstance beyond our control. We will inform you as early as possible and offer the earliest alternative slot.

04Pricing & Payment

• Prices listed on the website and in the salon menu are starting prices and may change without prior notice.
• The final price can vary with hair length, hair density, product selected, the condition of your hair or skin, and the time the service actually takes. Your stylist will tell you the final price before starting.
• Applicable taxes are charged as per government rules.
• Payment is made at the salon after the service, by cash, UPI or card. We do not accept payments through this website.
• Please collect and check your bill before leaving.

05Offers, Packages & Coupons

• Every offer is valid only for the period and services mentioned with it, and while it remains listed on our Offers page.
• Only one offer or coupon may be used per visit. Offers cannot be clubbed with other discounts, packages or memberships.
• Offers and packages are personal to you — they are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Packages and memberships must be used within their stated validity; unused sessions lapse after that.
• We reserve the right to withdraw or modify any offer at any time. Appointments already confirmed under an offer will be honoured.

06Health, Allergies & Patch Tests

Your safety depends on what you tell us. Before a service begins you must inform us if you:

• have any allergy, skin sensitivity or reaction to a cosmetic, colour or chemical;
• are pregnant or breastfeeding;
• have a scalp or skin condition, recent surgery, or an open wound;
• are on medication or under treatment that affects your skin, scalp or hair;
• have recently had chemical treatment, henna, or colour applied elsewhere.

For hair colour, keratin, smoothening, rebonding and certain skin treatments we strongly recommend a patch test at least 24–48 hours before the appointment. If you choose to proceed without a patch test, or without disclosing a relevant condition, you do so at your own risk and Sammohak Salon will not be liable for any resulting reaction.

07Salon Etiquette & Conduct

• We ask for courteous behaviour towards our team and other clients. We reserve the right to refuse or stop a service in case of abusive, intoxicated, unsafe or inappropriate conduct.
• Children must be supervised by an accompanying adult at all times.
• Please keep phone calls low and avoid filming other clients or our staff without their consent.
• We may refuse a service if, in our professional judgement, it would damage your hair or skin, or if the result you want cannot be safely achieved.

08Personal Belongings

Please keep your bags, jewellery, phone and other valuables with you. Sammohak Salon is not responsible for loss of or damage to personal belongings brought into the salon, or for damage to clothing during a service — although our team will always take reasonable care and provide gowns and towels.

09Photography & Content

We photograph our work for our portfolio and social media, but only with your consent, as explained in our Privacy Policy. Where you have consented, you grant us permission to use those images on our website, social channels and marketing material, without any payment.

10Intellectual Property

The name Sammohak Salon, our logo, and all text, photographs, videos, graphics and layout on sammohaksalon.in belong to us or are used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, republish or use them for commercial purposes without our written consent. Sharing a link to our pages is always welcome.

11Acceptable Use of the Website

When using this website, you agree not to:

• submit false, fraudulent or someone else's details in the booking, contact or newsletter forms;
• make repeated fake booking requests, or otherwise disrupt our operations;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, admin panel or database;
• use automated tools to scrape, overload or damage the website;
• upload or transmit anything unlawful, harmful or infringing.

We may block access and take appropriate legal action against misuse.

12Third-Party Links & Reviews

Our website links to and displays content from third-party platforms — Google Maps, Google Reviews, Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp and YouTube. We do not control those platforms and are not responsible for their content, availability or policies. Reviews shown on our site are published by clients on Google and are their own opinions.

13Limitation of Liability

Our team is trained and works with professional products, but every person's hair and skin responds differently. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sammohak Salon shall not be liable for:

• results that differ from a reference photograph, where hair or skin condition makes the exact result unachievable;
• any reaction arising from an allergy or medical condition that was not disclosed to us;
• any indirect, incidental or consequential loss;
• any interruption, error or unavailability of this website.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Where liability is established, it shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in question.

14Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan. We would always prefer to resolve a concern directly and quickly — please talk to us first.

15Changes to These Terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. The current version is always the one published on this page, with its effective date shown above.
